Bryan F. Russ III ("Trey")

Bryan F. “Trey” Russ III is a managing partner of the firm and an experienced trial attorney who represents individuals, businesses, financial institutions, trusts, and estates in complex and high-stakes legal matters throughout Texas. In the past three years alone, Trey has represented clients in complex, contested lawsuits collectively resulting in more than $50 million in settlements.

Trey’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, personal injury, criminal law, real estate, probate, wills and trusts, and estate administration. His litigation practice includes the representation of clients on both sides of significant civil disputes, ranging from individuals and family owned businesses to financial institutions, corporations, trusts, estates, and other organizations.

Trey graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baylor University in 2002, earning a 4.0 GPA in both his political science major and criminal justice minor. While at Baylor, he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, the nation’s oldest and one of its most prestigious academic honor societies.

He attended Texas Tech University School of Law on a full Regents Scholarship and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2006. During law school, Trey won both the Mock Trial Competition and the Negotiation Competition, served as Chairman of the Board of Barristers, and was inducted into Phi Delta Phi, an international legal honor society.

Trey is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Texas and the Supreme Court of the United States.

In addition to his litigation practice, Trey is a certified mediator pursuant to Section 154.052 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code and is available to mediate a broad range of civil disputes.
