Bryan F. Russ III ("Trey"), a managing partner of the firm, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baylor University in 2002 with a 4.0 GPA in both his major [political science] and his minor [criminal justice]. While at Baylor, Trey was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. Trey attended Texas Tech School of Law on a Regent's Full Scholarship and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2006. While in law school, Trey won the Mock Trial Competition and the Negotiation Competition, served as Chairman of the Board of Barristers, received the Board of Barristers Member of the Year Award and was inducted into Phi Delta Phi.
Trey is admitted to practice in all courts throughout the State of Texas, as well as in the United States Supreme Court. Trey focuses his practice on litigation, personal injury, criminal law, real estate, probate, wills and trusts, estate administration and family law.
